Our Fees
NOTARY PUBLIC FEES
The State of California has determined the fees for Notary Services as $15.00 per signature notarized. US Mobile Notary adheres to these regulations.
*Please note if you are hiring a mobile notary public, you are paying an additional fee for the convenience of mobile service to your location. This fee can change based on distance and time of day. If you require service during peak traffic times or after 7:00pm, the travel fee is increased between $10 and $50 depending on the hour. We believe in clear, straightforward pricing to ensure you know exactly what to expect. Our fees are structured to reflect the quality and convenience of our services:
General Fees:
* A Travel/Mobile Service fee will be added to the notarization fee as follows:
Weekday Rates (Mon – Fri)
7 AM to 7 PM: $75 travel fee (based on distance) plus $15 per notarization.
7 PM to 12 AM: $110 travel fee (based on distance) plus $15 per notarization.
Excessive Waiting Times: $50.00 per hour after the first 20 minutes
Weekend Rates (Sat & Sun)
7 AM to 7 PM: $85 travel fee (based on distance) plus $15 per notarization.
7 PM to 12 AM: $125 travel fee (based on distance) plus $15 per notarization.
Excessive Waiting Times: $50.00 per hour after the first 20 minutes
Travel fees cover locations within San Clemente, CA only. Jails are excluded.
Optional Services
Print Fee (1-150 pages): $30 (Send us your file for printing)
Print Fee (151-300 pages): $40 (Send us your file for printing)
Scan and Email Back: $30
Document Drop-off: $50 (Includes delivery to FedEx, UPS, or USPS with prepaid label)
